This beautiful spot is perfect for an evening out. My low-sodium chicken stirfry dinner is perfection, even on a busy Friday night. Our server was awesome - managing all requested changes. Stay tuned for more! Gotta eat. It is beautifully hot.

Wanted to have a good meal before going to a concert at Target Center. I sat at the bar and got water and a Cucumber martini which was great. Service was great the warm water cloth before eating was a nice surprise. The restaurant was getting busy as I was eating my delicious poke bowl with ahi tuna. Staff were busy but attentive. Appreciated the directions to use the skyway to the show.

Came to CRAVE for a drag brunch (sooo great!) and was pleasantly surprised with the food I ordered: stir fry with chicken. Very flavorful and a big portion size! Service was quick even considering how busy it was with brunch. Ambiance was very lively and fun, but surely that's to do with the drag performances and less with CRAVE itself. Check out a show if you haven't before!

I enjoyed dining at Crave! We were seated outside on the rooftop. We had a larger party and they kindly moved some chairs and tables around to seat us. Our waiter was so friendly and energetic! He kept our water glasses full and checked on us often. The menu had a wide variety of food which was nice and also overwhelming. I ended up getting the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious! I would definitely return of in the area again

Outstanding Rooftop Patio in downtown Minneapolis! Food was just okay but the service was excellent. Our group of 5 came for a Fliphone Drag Brunch event and it was fabulous. The gorgeous rooftop patio made it extra special. Favs: Seltzer Bucket ($20 for 5 Truly Seltzers) Fish & Chips

3.5 stars. We ate at Crave one night while vacationing in M'polis. It's an attractive, lively restaurant with a varied menu. We shared a chopped salad, which was slightly bland/tasteless. We were seated on the upper deck overlooking the lively theater district. The early evening June sun was a little too glaring, and although we endured it, on reflection, we should have moved to a more shady table for a more pleasant experience. The rooftop was very busy with lots of young professionals. The waiter was doing his best to keep up. Overall, a decent experience, although I'd probably try sitting inside another time. Note: The location is a 3 minute walk to one of the city's Prince Murals, which visited after dining. Was this review helpful?

We were able to get a same day reservation on Opentable at the exact time we needed. They seated my family near the window, which was fun for the kids to look outside while waiting for our food. The view was above looking down at the street and theaters. Ordering was quick, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. The food taste and quality is so consistent here. We had kids' meals, and they love the mac! The adults had a sea bass meal - which is full of flavor and some delicious sushi rolls. There are so many rolls to choose from you cant go wrong.

Let me start off with saying it was good and I think the service and food was better than most reviews because it was Valentine's Day and they had a special menu. We were late to the reservation game so this was about the only place left. They were staffed extremely well and tables were full by the time we left. On the page $139 for 2 people 3 course meal sounds like a steal but then somehow we got to a total bill of $212 (this included one $20 drink). The service was impeccable and quite magical with some of the interactive dishes (they poured the clam chowder from behind you). All the courses came out quickly, hot and well paced. Other tables were also receiving food at a stead rate. It was fun to see the wide age ranges this night pulled in from high schoolers to the married 50 years. The tables had black table cloths, fake rose pedals and a candle with real rose pedal center pieces. The food was good, not $212 good but worth it in my opinion for the service ambiance and menu variety for a pre fixe menu. The starter scallop was very good, cooked perfectly and the sauce had a nice tang and acidity. The sushi roll was soft and had good flavor held up by the peanut sauce. I love the soy paper touch - really drove home the valentines day theming. The chowder was delicious. It didn't have that much heavy cream so it was light with nice big chunks of blue crab. It was not too salty or heavy. Sort of a large portion for a tasting menu but not complaining! The steak entrée was good and huge! My bf did eat the whole thing. I wasn't a huge fan of the texture but it was cooked medium rare. The mashed potatoes were very good because they probably had a lot of butter. Very creamy and rich. The chimichurri pulled the dish together and glad they had it drizzled all over the top! The seafood risotto was good. It had a very seafood flavor that paired well with the sweetness of the seafood. I did find the dish a little too sweet and would have liked something to balance it out. The seafood portion was sooo generous. This was just packed with all the best seafood. There were 2-3 huge scallops, 3-4 shrimp and lots of lobster! The risotto was cooked aldente and it was good. Big disappointment with the pear dessert. The other choice was cheesecake which maybe would have been better or harder to mess up. The pears were too hard for me and the sauce tasted like cough syrup - it was so sweet! Could they have caramelized the pears to give some texture and flavor? The ice cream was the best part and could have just been offered on its own. This dessert was not for me. I have seen other reviews were the dessert just didn't hit the mark - maybe just stick to an entrée and that scallop appetizer!

All of the food I tried here was delicious. The sushi quality met my standards for being decent from a perspective of good rice and fresh fish. The flatbread was delicious with a tasty sauce. the s'mores dessert was so good, I wish I had the space to eat the entire thing myself!
